Who we are

FeelGoodInk is operated by SaaSquatch Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (London). Contact: hello@feelgoodink.co.uk.

Acceptable use

By using this site you agree not to scrape portfolio images at scale, not to attempt unauthorised access, not to submit studios for the purpose of harassment, and not to use our contact forms for unsolicited marketing. We reserve the right to block and remove content that breaches these terms.

For studio owners claiming listings

You warrant that you are authorised to represent the studio you are claiming. You warrant that any images you upload are images you hold the rights to display — either because you or your employees created the tattoo and photographed it, or because the copyright holder has granted you a licence. You agree that we may remove images found to infringe copyright upon notice.

You authorise us to display your uploaded images alongside your listing, with your studio credited, on FeelGoodInk and in transactional email to visitors comparing your studio against others.

Featured tier

The Featured subscription is £25 per month (£10 per month for the first three billing cycles as an introductory rate), billed via PayPal. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not refund the current period pro rata.

Listings we create

We may list your studio before you claim it, using publicly available information. If you do not wish to be listed, email removal@feelgoodink.co.uk and we will remove the listing within 48 hours.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that every fact on every page is current — studios move, change prices, and update policies. If you spot an error, email us. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a studio's safety, skill, licensing status, or fitness for any particular tattoo you may want.

No booking relationship

FeelGoodInk is a directory, not an agent. Any booking or commercial arrangement you enter with a studio is solely between you and that studio. We are not a party to it and disclaim liability for studios' performance of their bookings.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the site is capped at the greater of £100 or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud).

Termination

Either party may terminate a Featured subscription at any time via the dashboard. We may terminate any account or listing for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice except in cases of fraud or legal risk, where termination may be immediate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
